Oxford is a vibrant city, steeped in history and with plenty of places to visit and good quality accommodation for all budgets.


You will be studying just seven miles from Oxford city centre at Oxford Brookes University, Wheatley Campus which offers playing fields, library, computer rooms and a shop. As well as modern, innovative learning spaces, there are social venues and catering outlets to enjoy.


The Hub at Wheatley provides good-quality food and a space to relax during your day. Offering Starbucks coffee, artisan Deli sandwiches, an Asian broth bar and classic British dishes, there’s something for everyone.


In addition, you will also be able to access the library services at Oxford Brookes University’s Headington Campus (but will not be permitted to take materials out of the libraries) and you are welcome to join the student gym at the Headington campus (membership fees are not included in your course fees).

If you’re studying in Oxford, staying in a student residence may be an ideal choice for you. Our Oxford residence offers modern, fully furnished single en-suite rooms in cluster flats, perfect for international foundation students. With a large community space offering a flat-screen TV, games room and central courtyard you will have everything you need to study, relax and socialise. The cluster flats are made up of four, five and six en-suite bedrooms, with a shared, modern fully fitted kitchen and lounge area.

 

The residence is located in a residential area, just 30 minutes from Oxford Brookes Wheatley Campus or the centre of Oxford.

Homestay is a fantastic way to experience life like a local whilst studying in Oxford. Living with a host family can also help you improve your English and help settle you into a new city.

 

You will be placed with a trusted, local host family we have met & inspected personally (all of our host families are DBS - UK criminal record checked). Travel time to school will be no longer than 45 mins.

 

You will have breakfast and dinner with your host family on weekdays and breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided at the weekends. Please let us know about any special dietary requirements, so that we can make sure they are catered for.
