Terms & Conditions for Find Education Easter Revision Courses
These Terms and Conditions are issued by FIND DIGS LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with company number 06867926, whose office is located at 142 Cromwell Road, London SW7 4EF. These Terms and Conditions and all documents referred to in these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any representations or warranties or oral offers made on behalf of any party.
Application Form
Application Forms can be downloaded, completed by the student or parent and must be sent via email to revision@findeducation.uk or post to our office address. Application Forms can also be submitted online on the Find Education website www.findeducation.uk. It is essential that students or parents fill in the Application Form as detailed as possible in order to assist the tutor on the Course preparation.

Signing of Application Form: Students will need to sign the Application Form, unless a student is under 18 years of age; in this case, a Parent or Guardian must sign the Application Form. By application, the registration form and making payment, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions. Additional course instructions will be sent approximately three working days before the Course commence.
Payment Methods
The GCSE Easter Revision Course fees must be paid in advance in one instalment. The fees can be paid via our online booking system on the www.findeducation.uk website using a debit/credit card or PayPal. Additionally, we accept payments via bank transfer, please ask our accounts department to issue an invoice that will include our bank details.

The Early Bird offer for the 1-week course with 2 subjects (£650) is only valid for bookings completed by 28 February 2020.
Cancellation
In the event that you would like to cancel your place, please notify us in writing. You will be refunded in full if you cancel up to 3 weeks prior to the commencement of the Course. If you cancel within 3 weeks of the commencement of the Course or during the term of the Course, no fees will be refunded to you.
Course Rules
The Course Rules outlined below are designed to ensure that all the students and staff of Find Education (and its agents) are able to operate an effective Easter Revision Course.

The breach of any course rule stated below may, if deemed significant, or prejudicial to other students or staff of Find Education (or its agents), result in dismissal from the Course. Furthermore, any student who breaks the law or displays aggressive, intimidating or persistent or inappropriate anti-social behaviour may be dismissed instantly from the Course. Should a student face instant dismissal, the student will be withdrawn from the Course with immediate effect and will need to return home at his/her expense at the earliest possible opportunity.

Admission to classes is dependent on all fees paid.

All course materials and notes to take home will be provided by Find Education tutors.

Please contact our Easter Revision Academic Manager on the day of sickness to note you will be absent from class.

Students are expected to attend all classes and arranged educational activities.

No students are permitted to consume alcohol at any time at the school premises or at the accommodation.

All damage to property, equipment and rooms will be charged to the student. Gratuitous or wilful damage to school property, public property or other students' property may result in dismissal from the course.
Welfare
Find Education cannot be held liable for damage, injury or accident to students’ persons or property.
Students need to be in good mental and physical health when starting a course. Any matters relating to health must be declared upon Course application.
Changes
Find Education reserves the right to change details of its services, including courses, facilities, accommodation and Course dates, where circumstances beyond the company’s control necessitate such changes.
Resolution of dispute
In the event of a dispute between an individual student and the school, procedures are in place to facilitate the resolution of the dispute. Any complaint should first be made to the student’s Academic Manager. Each complaint will be fully investigated provided that it is received within a month of the course ending and all fees have been paid.
Liability
Find Education, its staff, representatives, agents, shareholders and directors will not be liable for loss, damage, cost or injury to persons or property howsoever caused, except where liability is expressly imposed by law. Find Education will not be liable in the event that any service contracted to be supplied by Find Education becomes impossible or unforeseeably impracticable or penal to supply for any reason or any cause outside the control of Find Education.
Data Protection
Find Education will need specific personal information from each student in order to process their application and secure their Easter Revision Course. Each student when signing their application form will be asked to give their consent for their personal information to be kept securely by Find Education and that such information will be held and distributed to the relevant departments of Find Education and their providers of education, accommodation and any other services related to the Easter Revision Course.
In the event that any of the students wish to withhold any of their personal information at any time, they will need to notify Find Education immediately in writing.
Find Education confirms that all personal information provided by the students will be kept secured and used only for the purposes of the processing the students’ application and offering the best service possible throughout the students’ studies.
Promotional Activity
The details of the Easter Revision Course have been published in good faith. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all published material. Find Education does reserve the right to make all necessary alterations.
Find Education reserves the right, unless we are advised to the contrary by the parent/guardian/student in writing, to use photographs or video clips as part of Find Education promotional material.
Students will be asked to fill out a questionnaire at the end of the course. Find Education reserves the right to use this material in future promotion, unless otherwise stated by the parent/guardian/student.
Force Majeure
Find Education is not liable in the event where it is unable to fulfil any service to which it is contractually bound because of fire, natural disaster, acts of government, failure of suppliers or subcontractors, acts of terrorism, labour disputes travel delays and cancelation or other reasons which are outside its control.
Agents
All the above terms are applicable to direct students and Agents unless variations are expressly agreed between the Agent and Find Education in writing.
English Law
English Law shall apply to the contract and any non-contractual disputes arising therefrom, and the parties agree to submit only to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with any contract for bookings and/or enrolments and these terms and conditions together with the contract (if any) constitute a legally binding contract.
