Greece Summer Centre

After a successful first year running our Athenian Summer Camp, we are delighted to announce our return to the historic city! Featuring a rich multi-faceted programme steeped in local culture, students will take part in a unique two week experience, filled with skills and memories they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.

Athens is a city rich in cultural and historic value, and we intend to take advantage of this during our Summer Programme, as we carry out excursions across the city, to the islands and the world-famous Acropolis! Meanwhile at night, the students will be led in traditional cultural activities, including Greek Taverna Night, Traditional Greek Dancing and a Street Tour of Athens at Night.

Our structured day-to-day operations ensure that students receive a deep and fully cultivated experience of the city, offering them the full benefits of a secondary language education. Alternatively for students who already speak English fluently, we can offer a full course in sailing, which will be run on the Aegean Sea.

All classrooms feature a computer and digital projector. Classrooms are large and comfortable for English lessons.

Accommodation Features

All students are housed in our stunning 4 star hotel by the Megaro Moussikis, Athens' world-renowned concert hall.

Students will share multi-rooms and have access to the rooftop swimming pool and fake beach for pool parties and relaxation. Games rooms and a good central location make it the perfect place to unwind and feel relaxed in the ancient city.

Campus Features

Our programme's learning aspect takes place at the accommodation, with lessons structured to allow all students the chance to engage and enhance their skills in a flexible yet focused manner. We want to bring the very best learning experience to students staying in Greece, and as such take care with our selection of tutors and curriculum.

 

  • Classes use digital resources to engage students in dynamic learning

  • Comprehensive lesson design that allows learners of all levels to take part in the educational experience

  • Excursions mirror the education provided, creating strong cultural understanding of the local landscape and atmosphere

  • The Sailing course takes place on the Aegean Sea and is organised with the Pirraeus Yacht Club.

  •  Specially selected tutors and curriculum allow high learning potential throughout the duration of the course
